Step 3 — 7-chapter monitoring-loop document. Re-evaluates an existing thesis against the last 90–120 days. ~5–10 min on Opus max. Output lands at outputs/update/<TICKER>_<period>.{json,md}.

Worker required

Jobs run on the arq worker. Start it locally:

uv run arq api.investai_api.jobs.worker.WorkerSettings

Or via docker compose up -d worker. Without a worker the job stays queued indefinitely.
